Common Kings
Common Kings
Common Kings’ style and music is a collection of inspirations orchestrated into an array of head rocking beats, feel good vibes, and emotional fever. Their crazy, fun-loving attitude compliments Common Kings’ live sound, producing phenomenal hits with rock, reggae, and island influences. These influences originate from each band members love for various genres, and widespread knowledge of music.

The majority of Common Kings were born in the South Pacific, and raised in Orange County, California. Growing up with households full of colorful personality and vibrant passions for music, Common Kings’ members naturally grew up forming individual musical paths. This musical journey involved mimicking and listening to artists such as Van Morrison, Stevie Wonder, Geourge Benson, Jim Croce, Michael Jackson, The Who, Led Zepplin, Gypsy Kings, Earth Wind and Fire, Bob Marley and more. The culmination of these musicians explains exactly who the Common Kings are.

Where everything comes to a point is through lead singer Sasualei “Jr King” Maliga. Jr King is perhaps one of the most powerfully impressive vocalists amongst today’s leading artists. Born with this untrained raw-talent, Jr King’s singing ability seems boundless, as he amazes listeners with a wide range of belting notes and soulful passion. His humble demeanor off-stage needs no introduction as to when the band is rocking out on-stage creating a young, wild, and free atmosphere.
Anuhea
Anuhea
A naturally gifted songwriter, Anuhea's word choices are a clever balance of emotions where each song tells a unique story, each story a lesson learned."I'm influenced highly by R&B and Soul, Hip Hop and Funk, but my instrument is acoustic guitar. I tend to write most of my songs during the craziest parts of my life. I'll write pages and pages in my notebook in no order then go back with my guitar in my hands and sing the words as lyrics to some chords. That's how most songs start for me." Anuhea wants to be a part of a new generation melding the melodic traditions of her island upbringing with modern beats and influences.
Ballyhoo!
Ballyhoo!
Hailing from the east coast, Baltimore alt-rockers Ballyhoo! have been on the road, taking their melodic anthems to the people for over a decade. Their “On Tour Forever” work ethic has taken them all over the country, steadily building a fan base of loyal “Hooligans.”

In 2013, the band cracked the Billboard 200 chart at #189 with their 5th album, “Pineapple Grenade," released on their own label,
Right Coast Records.

In 2014, the album was followed by an EP, “The Cool Down: Vol. 1,”
a collection of acoustic renditions of classic Ballyhoo! songs as well as 3 brand new songs:
“Beach Party,” “ADHD” & “Overnight Sensation.”

2015 brought even more touring and music with the band supporting well known ska-punkers Less Than Jake and Reel Big Fish, Rock/Reggae icons Pepper, while also releasing two singles: “Fast Times” & “Mixtape.” The latter will appear on the band’s new album, “girls." slated to be released this Summer. Ballyhoo! joined forces with PledgeMusic, rallying fans to be a part of the making of this new album. The campaign was a success with well over 100% funding.

Now in 2016 with a new album of songs produced by Paul Leary (Sublime) & Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, Faith No More),
Ballyhoo! is back out on the grind.

Stay Grounded
Stay Grounded
As the tectonic landscape of Northwest Reggae shifted in 2013, Stay Grounded rose from the depths, born from, and rooted to the indigenous music of the worlds people. A true cross-pollenation of the purest forms of Hawaiian, African, Afro-cuban, Jazz and R&B is evident in a powerhouse collection of originals that rumble the foundation while honoring tradition. Members of SG have studied traditional Ukelele and Hawaiian harmonies, the sacred arts of both the conga and the djembe, classical percussion, jazz saxaphone and choral and r&b vocals. Passions and influences range as wide and deep as the ocean, from Bob Marley to Bootsy Collins, from Michael Brecker to Marvin Gaye.
Members of this group have shared stages and toured with luminaries such as Natural Vibrations, Slightly Stoopid, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Wyclef Jean, Steel Pulse, Third World, 311 and more! Collectively, Stay Grounded has shared bills and forged relationships with The Green, Anuhea,, Common Kings, Katchafire and more! Stay Grounded's sound has been compared to Common Kings, Natural Vibrations, The Green, Figi and Katchafire, yet they strive to stay original, and place an emphasis on proprietary music at their high-energy live shows.
Stay Grounded is scheduled to release their long anticipated self-titled debut in Spring of 2015, recorded and mixed at Pacific Studios in Tacoma, WA. It sounds at once old and new, it honors doctrine and deviance, it feels sweet and sultry.
